Wakaan Music Festival 2023: An Overview
Get ready for another electrifying edition of the Wakaan Music Festival! This time, it’s scheduled to ignite the stage from September 28th to September 30th, 2023. And for those who just can’t wait, there’s a pre-party on September 27th. Quick reminder: you’ll need to be at least 18 years old to join the fun.
When to Show Up:
- General 3-Day Pass Holders: Mark your calendars for midnight on Thursday, September 28th.
- Early Arrival Pass Holders: For an additional $74.99, you can make an entrance at 8am on September 27th and be part of an exclusive pre-party. Remember, each person in a vehicle must have their individual early arrival and 3-day festival passes. Lucky Gold VIP ticket holders? You’re in for a treat with free early entry!
The Venue: The musical rendezvous will be at the scenic Mulberry Mountain near Ozark, Arkansas. Be prepared for non-stop music, from the early afternoon until the sun peeks out the next day.
Packing for the Festival: You’re welcome to bring along camping essentials, personal stoves (abide by the charcoal and propane guidelines), rain gear, personal camping lights, and even your flow toys (just no fire props!). And for those memorable moments, small digital cameras are a go. But leave behind fireworks, drones without permission, illegal substances, and open flames.
Wristband Info: Keep an eye on your mailbox as the festival date approaches; that’s where your wristbands will be. Wear them at all times during the festival. And remember, no exchanges, transfers, or refunds.
Stay Safe: Your safety is a top priority. Security and medical professionals will be available round-the-clock. And while they’ve got your back, it’s always wise to carry a personal first-aid kit.
