These terms apply when you use festicards.org or buy from Festi Cards. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Products and pricing. We sell collectible festival trading cards, share packs, stickers, apparel, and accessories. Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Bulk and share-pack pricing is shown on each product page. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is listed with the wrong price or runs out. If we cancel, we’ll refund you in full.
Orders and payment. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email.
Shipping. We ship within the United States. Orders of $30 or more ship free. Delivery times are estimates. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we aren’t responsible for carrier delays, but we’ll help you track it down.
Returns. Our Shipping & Returns page explains returns and exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email support@festicards.org within 14 days, and we’ll make it right.
Festival share packs. Share packs are made for trading at the festivals named on them. Festi Cards isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by any festival, promoter, or artist unless we say so. Festival names are used only to describe the event a pack is made for.
Artwork and content. All card designs, images, and text on this site belong to Festi Cards or are used under license. You may not copy, resell reproductions of, or use our designs commercially without written permission. Trading and reselling genuine Festi Cards is always welcome.
Accounts. If you create an account, keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Festi Cards isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages from using our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina.
Changes. We may update these terms, and the date below shows the latest version.
