Are there event-only cards?

Yes, we collaborate with festivals to release special event-only cards. These cards are exclusively available by meeting us in person at specific festivals we collaborate with. They add a unique collectible element to the FestiCards experience!

How can I track my FestiCard collection?

We have implemented a QR code scanning system. Each FestiCard has a unique QR code printed on it.

  • When you scan the QR code, it will redirect you to the respective FestiDex page for that card.
  • On the FestiDex page, you can claim your card and add it to your FestiDex by clicking the "Claim Card" button.
  • This ensures that only legitimate owners of the cards can track and verify their collection.

What is a FestiDex?

The FestiDex is a database of all the FestiCards available. It allows you to browse and explore different designs, themes, and series. It also allows you to add FestiCards you've collected in person to your FestiDex!

Can I share FestiCards with others?

Absolutely! We encourage you to share the joy of FestiCards with others. They make great gifts or tokens of appreciation at music festivals and events.

How can I collect FestiCards?

There are multiple ways to collect FestiCards. You can:

  • Purchase them from our website, where we offer a wide variety of designs and themes for you to choose from.
  • Trade with other festival-goers. Many people at festivals and events are also passionate about FestiCards and engage in trading activities.
  • Encounter our FestiCards ambassadors, who will be passing out cards at festivals and events. They are excited to share the joy of FestiCards with you!
  • Attend festivals to obtain event-only cards. These special cards are exclusively available by meeting us in person at specific festivals we collaborate with.

What are FestiCards?

FestiCards are festival trading cards that capture memories and experiences shared at music festivals. They serve as a form of kandi, which can be collected, shared, and cherished.

Can I order FestiCards for a festival or event?

  • If you plan to order cards to pass out at a festival or event, we recommend placing your order at least a week or two in advance.
  • As festival-goers ourselves, we may be traveling and have limited time to fulfill orders during peak festival seasons. Ordering in advance helps us guarantee that your cards will reach their destination in time.

How often do you ship orders?

We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please note that our shipping schedule is limited to these specific days. -- Occasionally we will rush order and ship on days outside of our standard shipping schedule.

Should I use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns?

  • If you are returning more expensive items, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.

How do I ship returns?
